In the 1990's, the Post Office starting issuing some stamps in Miniature Sheets of 10, 15 or 20 with a Decorative Header or side design. Some of these sheets contained all different stamps and were, as such, part of the Basic Year Set.

Other MiniSheets contained duplicate examples of the same stamp. In this case, one set of the stamp(s) went into the Year Set. Intact Decorative Miniature Sheets were available as for their collections.

|
In the past 6 years, more and more collectors have been adding these sheets to their collections and a major album maker has added pages for these M/S to their offerings.
