A little history about this Scott listing. We found this sheet in a small dealer stock that we received a very few years ago.

After a diligent search, we couldn't find it in the Scott listings. The heat was sent to the Editors who listed it as 1896f in Scott 2022. A very late listing about 15 years after the sheet was issued. Amazing!
