Scott 3788a is an design execution error. Instead of the "USA" being in the same position on the other stamps, it is shifted downward about 5mm. This error occurs only once per sheet. The other 3788 stamps are correct.

The 6 Booklets fanned out at right reacted bright white and are 100% fake! The genuine booklet below (from a new issue collection) reacted dull white. The owner wasted $125!
